RETURN AT RISK AND EXPENSE OF SELLER
This agreement for the sale of [Type of goods] is an agreement for sale or return of the goods. If buyer elects to return the goods to seller, as authorized in Section [Section Number] of this agreement, seller shall bear the risk of loss of the goods and expenses incurred in returning the goods.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
